While we make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, slight variations in colour, flavour notes, and packaging may occur due to the natural nature of specialty coffee.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is accepted and payment is verified.
We accept payments via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Speciaa Coffee does not store your payment details.

5. Shipping and delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and factors beyond our control. Speciaa Coffee is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon dispatch.

6. Returns and refunds
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
