Return Period
We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused and unopened.
Be in the same condition as received.
Include original packaging and labels.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened coffee packs.
Used products.
Products damaged after delivery.
Items missing original packaging.
Products that have been tampered with.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review your request quickly, please provide:

Clear photographs or videos of the product.
Images of the packaging, if applicable.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
