Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened or used coffee packs are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns on items that have been tampered with, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@speciaacoffee.com Returns should be sent to the following address: 203, Redwood Bldg 11, Hubtown Gardenia Phase 2, Mira Road East, Thane – 401107, Maharashtra, India . If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
