Brewing Steps

  1. Preheat the French Press with hot water.
  2. Add 20g of coarsely ground coffee.
  3. Pour 300ml of hot water evenly over the grounds.
  4. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
  5. Place the lid on without pressing the plunger.
  6. Wait for 4 minutes.
  7. Slowly press the plunger down.

  1. Rinse the paper filter with hot water.
  2. Add 18g medium-ground coffee.
  3. Bloom with 40g water for 30 seconds.
  4. Slowly pour remaining water in circular motions.
