Tranquil Brew is a thoughtfully crafted medium roast coffee that reflects both tradition and resilience. This coffee carries a remarkable story of origin. It is produced by a community of 50 tribal families in Punjisil village, Koraput, Odisha, where coffee is grown in natural forest surroundings rather than conventional plantation settings. Harvesting the cherries requires crossing rivers and walking long distances from the village—making every batch truly special and deeply connected to the land.
After harvesting, the cherries are depulped using a hand-operated pulper, then naturally fermented overnight in flowing river water, a traditional method that enhances clarity and character in the beans. They are later sun-dried on handmade wooden beds, preserving their natural qualities through a slow, careful process.
The result is a coffee that is not only balanced and smooth in the cup, but also rich in heritage and craftsmanship—making Tranquil Brew a meaningful choice for coffee lovers who value authenticity as much as flavor.
